Delivery and Return Policy

How much does shipping cost?

Our delivery costs are calculated automatically when you checkout based on your delivery address.

Order for €100 or more and you will benefit from FREE delivery costs*

*Costs and times may vary depending on your address.

In particular, additional delivery costs may be applied for delivery addresses that are difficult to access: mountainous areas, islands, etc. For our customers located outside the European Union: costs do not include customs duties and taxes that may be applicable to your order.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Normally, our DHL, Colissimo, Bpost, PostNL, DPD carriers takes between 2 and 5 days to deliver your order.

You will receive an email or SMS containing the tracking number for your order.

What are the preparation and shipping times?

We prepare your packages in our warehouse as quickly as possible after placing your orders.

Most orders placed Monday through Thursday will be processed and shipped the same or next day.
Orders placed on Friday or during the weekend will be prepared on Monday and shipped on Monday afternoon or Tuesday.

Please keep in mind that during busy periods or during exceptional periods, product availability may change and preparation and shipping times for your order may increase.

Cancellation and Order Modification Policy

We know that sometimes things don’t go as planned or you may have simply changed your mind.

As we process and ship all orders very quickly, we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations after your order has been placed.
Therefore, only orders that have not yet been processed and shipped can be canceled or modified. We recommend that you contact us as soon as possible by email at contact@bunzyland.com if you wish to make a modification/cancellation

We will do our best to modify or cancel your order if it has not yet been processed at our warehouse.

Return and Refund Policy

If the order has been shipped, rest assured, you can make a return for a refund, subject to the rules below.

Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused in perfect condition, in their pockets with the bar code visible and in the original packaging intact. The package delivery label must also be present and intact.

For obvious hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns once the product has been used.

Other items that cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Digital books

To make a return, you must show us a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision whether to approve or reject your refund request.

If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within one week. A valid store credit will also be offered to you as a reimbursement method.

Reimbursement of delivery costs is only possible in the event of withdrawal before sending the package.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first. Next, contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.

If after completing all these steps, you still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@bunzyland.com.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace an item if it is defective or damaged.

If in this case you wish to exchange it for the same item, send us an e-mail to contact@bunzyland.com.

Shipping

To return a product, you must contact us by email at: contact@bunzyland.com and we will communicate to you the procedure as well as the address of our warehouse capable of receiving returned packages.

Shipping costs are not refundable, they are your responsibility. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from this. You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item.

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us.

If you are shipping an item worth more than €50,we recommend that you consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the package or purchase delivery insurance.

We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return to us.
