Our premium delivery is an option for customers who want their order to take priority over standard delivery. It also includes insurance against loss or damage in transit. This option is particularly useful during busy periods, such as the festive season or other events throughout the year.
It is important to note that premium delivery does not guarantee faster delivery, but only priority processing of your order for dispatch. Once shipped, delivery will follow the usual standard delivery times.
We try to process all orders as quickly as possible. Therefore, only orders that have not yet been processed and shipped can be cancelled or modified. We recommend that you contact us as soon as possible if you wish to make a change/cancellation.

Return
We offer a 14-day return/exchange policy from receipt of your order. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receipt and we will offer you a refund or exchange, whichever you prefer. Please note that return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.
